

WORK PACKAGE 1 OBJECTIVE
To establish and implement the management protocols of STAGE, includingthe day-to-day running of the project.
This includes financial, data, quality and risk management, alongside considering the ethical, legal and social implications (ELSI) of STAGE.

WP1 is dedicated exclusively to ensuring that the work progresses smoothly, with a focus on end results, value for money, and ensuring STAGE leaves a positive impact for citizens across the EU

WP1 works with partners across the STAGE project. Key tasks include:

Establishment of the management structure and tools for the consortium, creating processes and procedures for monitoring each WP. Includes financial systems.

- Ensuring the ethics of the project are considered throughout, including safeguarding project data and findings.
